Fm885 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and fm885 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the fm885 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms contained in this document.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. fm885 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms apply to all fm885 platform users regardless of location, device, or method of access.

2. Account Creation and Security

To use fm885's services, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

As an fm885 platform user, you agree to use the services solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:

Using the platform for any illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or the use of false identities.
Attempting to access another user's account or compromising the security of the fm885 platform.
Using automated software, scripts, bots, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with the platform.
Abusing promotions or bonuses in bad faith, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same benefit repeatedly.
Distributing or uploading any content that is unlawful, obscene, fraudulent, or likely to damage the platform's reputation.

Fm885 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing a user's account without prior notice.

4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions

All financial transactions on the fm885 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits and withdrawals are made via local payment methods supported by the platform, including online banking transfers, FPX, and approved digital wallets.

The terms governing payments and transactions are as follows:

All deposits are final once confirmed by the system. No refunds will be issued for deposits that have been successfully credited to a gaming account.
Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the limits and timeframes set by fm885. Minimum and maximum amounts for each transaction are subject to the platform's current policy.
Fm885 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal until the identity verification and source of funds process has been fully completed.
Any attempt to conduct a transaction using an unauthorised third-party payment method is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability, Account Suspension and Intellectual Property

Fm885 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes or technical service disruptions. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and fm885 makes no guarantees regarding continuous uninterrupted availability.

Account Suspension and Closure

Fm885 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated any of these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or misused the platform. Any balance in an account suspended due to a breach of terms may be forfeited at fm885's sole discretion.

Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending transactions will be processed before the account closure is finalised.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content, brand names, logos, graphics, text, and design elements on the fm885 platform are the exclusive property of fm885 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without written permission from fm885.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. fm885 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Use of any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
